Basin RV Resort - Belton

My family and I drove out to Texas from California for vacation this summer and when we were looking for an RV park, Basin RV stood out to us. I called and talked to Tammy and she was so pleasant to speak with. We initially had our reservation for only 5 days but we ended up getting into town 2 days sooner so we called and Allison helped us to extend our stay. Since our arrival time was after hours they sent us all the necessary info and we were able to get in and set up. The next day we checked out all of the amenities and were thoroughly impressed. The pool was great for our daughter and the bathrooms and laundry facility was so clean! All of the other park residents were so helpful and so nice!!! We had a very enjoyable stay. Each site is very spacious compared to other RVs parks, each with a grassy area. The entire park was immaculate, including the bathrooms and showers. It was too cold to use the pool, but we did have a chance to enjoy the hot tub. The park was easy to find and relatively close to town. We highly recommend Basin RV Resort in Belton and will definitely stay here again.

I have lived here for over a year now, the place is great!!! Very quiet, neighbors are friendly. The resort is very clean and Lisa the manager is very friendly and helpful with any issues that pop up. Love the variety of amenities they have to offer for the guests. I love being able to walk my dogs to the two different dog parks they have, love how they have everything you need to pick up after your pets and the water bowls. I absolutely love the laundry room down at the lodge because you can use an app on your phone to pay instead of having to use quarters!!! I feel very safe in this gated community and highly recommend people to come stay if they’re passing through!!

I can't say enough about this rv park! The park is extremely clean and well maintained. There's a pool, hot tub, gym, rec room, a little store area, two laudry rooms, and a cat named Mary😉. There are walking paths for you and your pets. The best thing about this park is it's staff!!! Lisa at the front desk is so nice and helpful! We arrived a day or two before the cold front came through in January/February 2026. I witnessed Lisa checking on several elderly campers to ensure that they were ready to deal with the bad weather. The maintenance team will collect your propane tanks, fill them, then return them to your site the same afternoon and it is added to your bill automatically. We will definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We were in killeen for my mother's funeral and I have to say, Lisa was so kind and very helpful with all our questions. She showed us around and was very friendly. This place is definitely the one to stay at. The showers were immaculate, very spacious, great hot water, and loved the shower head. ( loved that it moved up or down to accommodate a short person like myself) The pool was very relaxing and clean. Our little dogs loved the dog park. Plenty of room between rv's ( unlike some places where you bearly have enough room to put your slide out.) Every spot was clean with picnic table and very nice grass. This place will be our only place we will stay when we come back. Thanks for a great stay. If you are traveling through, and want an enjoyable place
