Barb-T RV Park

Lived in that muddy mess 3 years. Owner says he will be fixing stuff but never does. He watches the camera from his phone and makes comments about your life. Finds someone to pick on and does until they move. I watched it giving them the benefit till it was me. They live for drama. Had to mow my own grass or it would be knee high. Kept my lot pristine beside the office. Told them I could no longer mow it and they got mad. I took down my added decorations and she came to my lot so mad she was shaking yelling telling me I had a bad attitude. I decided it was time to move. Now 45 past the end of the month I moved and they won’t return my security deposit. Won’t answer my calls or messages so I guess I will have to take it to court. I wonder how many others they have done this to a

If you are looking for a place to stay whether it be long term or short term this is the place to be! The owners are very sweet and they care not only about the park but the residents as well! I stayed here with my son and we had no problems ever! The owners came to check on us and always made sure we were okay! We felt very safe here as there are cameras, the park is gated, and you have to pass a background check before moving in! I am forever thankful to have found such a great place with such great people!

EDIT: We have been here almost 3 years. We are still very content. We have friendships with other residents. We enjoy the people here, and this town in general. The owners don't tolerate drama, so some have come and gone, and some have left crappy reviews. Dont believe them. There are also comments about pets, but many of us have pets. They must be leashed, and there are breed restrictions due to insurance requirements. One of the ex tenants has posted a pic of a no pets sign... that is in reference to the office. We love pets here. Original review: We moved into the park as long-term renters. We can't be happier. The owners are so sweet. We have a tiny house, and they wanted to get some tinies in the park. There are accommodations needed for tiny homes, and they were happy to do so.

We stayed here for over three months and had no issues. Having 24 hour cameras on site felt more secure than most neighborhoods or apartments. Management and neighbors were all super helpful and friendly. With the Brookshire's, Walmart, Fix & Feed, and some great local restaurants right down the road, we felt right at home in Quinlan. Also, there is another review on here claiming they were denied because of a service dog.. I Have no idea what they are talking about, because management was very welcoming of our dog and others on the property, and even added a dog park while we were staying there.

I live in the park, it's very quiet the people respect your space. Tina the owner she's strict but she's fair. Best park I've ever lived in
