Bama Inn

It is now Saturday, I have been here for going on two weeks now and no one asked about clean fresh linen or anything, however, I just asked about clean fresh linen and the housekeeping lady said, "she only change sheets she don't change spreads", and I said, okay!!! So how about she just brought both moments ago!!! And the little short guy who is with the people who own and run this establishment came over and said, something I don't know what he said, but it sounded like he were trying to tell me to check-out and I have already paid for two weeks!!!! I also feel and believe that this establishment needs to be thoroughly investigated due to one they is not under, on, or with BBB, and many other things that is going on around here and is allowed that is very contradictory!!!!!

It was 3 digit temperatures outside and the manager sold me a room knowing the air did not work. He told me my cash payment was not refundable knowing I had no air! I taped around the air-conditioner to keep the heat out and made the best of it. I asked to be moved to a different room but he would not let me view it in advance. There were no towels, no toilet tissue, no soap or anything when I moved in. Every night a drunk guy knocked on my door and said, "Excuse me, I have the wrong room"! This is NOT family friendly!!

Needs ALOT of tender-loving care....hopefully, new owners in process of repairing AND CLEANING.!!! Bedding did NOT look like it was changed, very gray, dirty, urine stains, food prints...Pillows were stained! I've traveled Route66, stayed in many of the very old, even older hotels and this was THE worst. It took 45 minutes to receive one sheet , pillow case. I was too tired from driving to ask for my money back!!! Hmmm..should of realized something, when I was handed a roll of toilet paper upon registering!!!

GREAT staff 💓, decent cost. I evacuated due 2 Michael. I understand management will renovate. Sooner the better. Central location. Responded 2 requests fast & efficiently too.

Bama Inn is not for the faint of heart. If you need a place to lay your head in this central location, I guess.... but if u can afford to go further out... that would be wise.... iykyk
