I was pretty upset to have this situation happen, I was doing a convention and went to use the main floor bathroom. The cleaning lady was outside the bathroom door with her cart. As I walked into the bathroom ( there was NO wet floor sign at all) the floor was slippery. I slipped and fell. Hurt my back side, and hit my hand on the door really hard. As I was coming down I ended up pulling some of the toilet paper down. The janitor was actually still in the bathroom, she finishes going to the bathroom, and runs out to help me, I'm still laying on the floor. She asked me if I was okay helps me up, then rolls the toilet paper back onto the roll. And then she just washes her hands and walks out. I then went and told her that it is absolutely illegal to not have the wet floor sign out. I got hur

Seems to be doing a fair job of managing this property. Still operating unlike other management companies .
