Love this RV park...low rent,water,trash, electric , wifi and laundry is all free. Quiet and good place to live. I have lived here for a year and have had no problems. The owner's are great and love my RV it's so nice. You can't get a house, apartment or anything else for these low prices.
Constantly raising rv rent. After first month. Will not give deposit back. There is not space to park your vehicle and will try to charge you another spot if you park on empty spot By the way only good comment comes from Amanda she works there.
Spent 1 night in this trashy.park, very little concrete, mostly dirt and grass, paid 65 dollars, Electrical boxes falling apart, don't waste your time here.
Good people quite place pet friendly I get free water trash electric wifi and laundry and my rent is the cheapest I've ever paid.
Great management. The place is looking real nice out there. Security cameras and all. I highly recommend for families, or out of town workers.
