Ayres Suites Diamond Bar

Absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in A LOT of hotels. I have a high standard for clean in a hotel and this surpassed it. The bed was not very comfortable for me but my husband thought it was. We arrived a day later than we booked the hotel due to our flights being delayed and cancelled causing us to miss our connection to get to Ayres hotel by one day. I was in panic mode when I called Ayres hotel worried that the rest of our reservation for 3 nights would be cancelled. Adrian answered my call and was a true gem!!! He called me down and was extremely helpful and assured me our reservation would not be cancelled. Our family has stayed at this hotel twice now and we absolutely LOVE it! It is beautiful, clean, and they serve a great breakfast compared to other hotels that we have stayed at. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we travel to the area.

Ample free parking and check in was fast & friendly. Our ground floor room (114) was a pretty standard layout with a king bed, desk & comfortable office chair, refrigerator and coffee maker (not a Keurig). The bath has a tub with high sides and no walk in shower, so if you have mobility issues, make sure they can accommodate you prior to booking.||The floor is vinyl, which we prefer along with tile, as it is easy on allergies, etc. One of the negatives is that there are no extra chairs, other than the desk chair, so you are watching TV in the morning sitting on the edge of the bed. The second thing is really strange; we unplugged the hotel coffee maker and plugged in our travel Keurig – then when we made a cup, the lights in the room dimmed like an old prison movie where the condemned p

My new home away from home. I needed a weekend treat since my kitchen was being renovated. Ayers Suites in Diamond Bar is the place to be for quiet, clean, and safe property. Great location, near several good restaurants for dinner and essentials. The yummy breakfast is included, plenty of parking, spacious rooms, and a comfy bed. The pool and jacuzzi are what the doctor ordered! The staff, Sylvia, Brianna, and the gentleman at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. I hope to return soon. I did not want to leave!

Booked a room here after a horrible experience at another hotel that should be condemned despite charging $150 per night. Aryes Suites charged only a little bit more but wow if it's literally like I died at the other hotel and went to heaven when arriving here. 10/10 stars perfect ambience in the lobby. They proudly display their multiple housekeeping awards on the reception wall. The carpeting in the hallway was very vibrant and inviting. The room was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. Will stay here every time when coming back to visit the in-laws.
