My stay was great. Front desk was so helpful, and kind. The Housekeepers did a great job with keeping my room clean. The laundry department even made sure that I received my extra towels I requested. Everything was perfect. I loved the breakfast, all of the different fruit choices and bagels were amazing. Every staff member I walked past was so friendly. The hotel even has a laundry room for guest which is very cool.

My work booked this hotel while I was in town doing field work, and I can honestly say I've never stayed at a worse hotel. Coming to my room after my first day of work, I was trying to pull up my show to watch while eating my dinner just to find out the TV did not work. I spent a couple hours that night going back and forth with the front desk trying to figure out how to get it to work properly, just to be told there's nothing they can do and they can't move me to another room. On top of that, coming back to my room after talking with the front desk, I found my door wide open. After investigating, apparently the door to my room does not close behind you because it catches on the floor from the poor design of the hotel. You have to put physical effort into unlodging the door from the floor

The hotel was not so much our kind of hotel for my family. First of all no pool, TVs weren't working, breakfast had very limited selection and the room keys weren't working good when we needed them the most.

Love staying here! This hotel has had some ups and downs due to the lightning strike but my last stay was absolutely wonderful. They switched from a grab and go breakfast to an actual hot food spread amd even if they're still working out a few kinks, the staff and the new managers Lexy and Tomi are phenomenal and truly care about this place which is a big switch from previous management. Always my go to place and im looking forward to the improvements yet to come! Thank you Avid Odessa!!

Room was dirty feeling and the blackout curtain thing was broken and dangling from the ceiling so I had to try and sleep with the rays of a thousand lights through my window. Upon checkout, I went to the front desk and they could not print my receipt so they said they would email it to me. Instead, I got an email to a link for an app so I jumped through the hoops to get the app just for it to tell me I need to check out in person. Too bad I already left yesterday and I need this receipt for my work voucher. Then I try calling the front desk to have them email me the receipt and I called 6 times with no answer. I called reservations and was finally able to talk to a person but all they did was also try to call the front desk with no luck. Since when do hotels not have staff at the front des
