This place is great for this little town. Couldn't ask for anything better. Good rooms (but a little janky with the sink separated from the bathroom. But overall it was great. They have amazing service and even recommend somewhere close to eat. The only thing I was could be fixed is the TV because is Couldn't be turned on. But overall great hotel. Highly recommend

Positive: Clean, comfortable, good location. Negative: The desk girls could dial back happy, sunshine greetings. Be nice, be friendly, but don't go overboard, please. And DONT EAT THE BREAKFAST!!! MY husband got violently sick.... I'm glad I skipped breakfast.

We were arriving about nine pm and called for a room. The owner drove back to the hotel to rent us a room and made sure we got settled. |They offer a free breakfast in the morning and pizza each evening from 4 to 8. The shower was hot and the rooms were clean.

If your looking for a place to stay in the Roundup area just stop reading and book a room. I travel allot for work, 150 nights a year, mostly at Marriots and this was a shift in my expectations but the room had just about all of the basics, a tub/shower, microwave, small fridge/freezer, 2 heaters, and AC. It was single digits when we stayed. The heaters loud noises kept us up at night but the room stayed warm enough after turning them off before bed. It was between 8-15 degrees. No coffee maker made my wife grumble but thats not a big deal to me. People were nice, breakfast was really good, and the price and location matched perfectly with our visit.
