New ownership is horrible. Raised rent for my aunt more than the 10% annual allowed by law and then they basically threatened her with having her car towed for parking in front of her house. Scummy greedy people. If you’re a new tenant ask the neighbors before you commit to a contract. All other comments aren’t even tenants there my aunt told me. Either bots or corporate.
We had a wonderful day in the community getting to know the staff and residents. It is a well taken care of community with strong leadership and maintenance.
New management at Atwater mobile home and RV park is ensuring the park is well-kept, clean and safe. The RV spaces for rent are long-term and have full hookups available. On-site laundry room is tidy!
Great onsite team, maintenance is amazing both Rosie and Junior are very in tuned with thier residents.
Well maintained community, nice to have an on-site laundry room.
