Across from the ocean. Friendly staff. It's not ritzy but it's clean and affordable for a night or two. More of a mom and pop style.

Ms Hannah is so nice and works hard to keep it clean and quiet! They have made a lot of real nice updates to the rooms and the outside! It was nice to sit outside my room and have my coffee with a ocean breeze! Ms Hannah does not seem to let the party people stay which is great! Thank you Ms Hannah for a quiet clean stay I would recommend you to everyone who likes quiet friendly place to stay! And price was great to! Next time I am in Florida I will come stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel both times I’ve visited Daytona. My husband and I absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and will make sure you have everything you need. Our visits are usually well over a week at a time when we go. This is the ONLY hotel we will stay at, the owner is more than fair with prices and rooms are nice and clean! It’s a nice quiet place to stay with no drama. I absolutely love it there! I always tell em just let me move on in, I’ll help around if you let me stay here lol they are like a big family! I’ll definitely be back!

The owner is very friendly and strives to provide a good value to her customers. The staff is also friendly and they were very accommodating with our stay. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone! You can sit outside of your room and hear the sound of the ocean anytime night or day, so that's not bad either.

The woman who runs the place has to be the nicest and most understanding motel manager that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It's a very relaxed and casual vibe around the hotel. Clean, yes! The housekeeper does an amazing job! Super polite and helpful. She actually took her time to help me get some things done that would have been a challenge to do on my own. There’s a bus stop right in front, a little bit outside of the seabreeze party district but not too far. If that’s your vibe. There’s a beach access for people that like to walk to the beach. Or; there’s a ramp access for those who want to park/drive on the sand.
