Arya Inn and Suites

This facility is very misleading when looking up reviews with booking agencies. In no way is this place a 4 star hotel. The guy at the desk was nice. Nothing extra just checked in and handed me a card then pointed down the hall. When walking down the hall I cannot describe the odor in the common areas and wish I could upload the smell. Everything echoed in the halls. The room was very disappointing. Lock broken, lamp shades looked like the had feces on them. There were boogers on the wall, the carpet felt like a greasy mat. Through the night there was kids screaming yelling all night and you could hear everything anyone said in the halls. I stopped by the small store inside the Arya Hotel lobby to buy a Coke and a Reese’s. I’ve shopped there a few times before without any issues and even had an employee help me out with change once. Today was different. A new employee told me, after I had already made purchases totaling about $5, that I shouldn’t come back because they “don’t sell to people outside.” This made no sense because I am actually staying right next door at the Motel 6. I have had no problems there at all. The only reason I walked over to the Arya Hotel store was because the Coke machine at Motel 6 is not working. No one at Arya Hotel ever mentioned any restriction before even though I have been in there multiple times. If there really is a policy about who can buy from the store, it should be clearly posted and

me and my family stayed here recently and the one thing i will say is that you kind of get what you pay for. for 3 days and 2 nights we only paid $107 for 3 adults and one kid (2 beds). when we first got there the room smelt like mildew but a few sprays of cologne did the trick. the room was pretty spacious and decent, but the ac didn’t work well at all, the room wasn’t hot but it wasn’t cold either, just warm? the walls are very thin. you could hear everything in the hallways and the hallways were warm as well. the first morning we woke up early for breakfast just to be told that they DO NOT do breakfast. the pool was closed, not sure if it’s a seasonal thing so i would definitely call ahead if you’re trying to swim. overall the stay was okay.

Room was comfortable, stayed on the 2nd floor. My room had some weird divots in the floor. Reading lights were inop and barely attached. Very noisy at all hours. The hallways are echo filled noise chambers, can hear everything. Could not access streaming services. Pool was not available due to it not being maintained. It was a dark green moss color. Little store inside under stocked and very limited selection. Nothing close to grab a quick drink or bite to eat.
