Arroyo City Fisherman's Lodge

I don't know if she is the owner but the lady who rented us the place was really nice. The place outside it's perfect for a family get together. BBQ pit-3 porch the porch on the secon floor is beautiful ! It just needs a little fixing inside the 🏠 kitchen drawers and restroom. Just a tip ! Take away the carpet to make it a cleaner place. I hope they do fixed a little more inside and it would be 100 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

1. This was false advertisement. The owner or lady who we spoke with didnt send us correct photos of where we were staying. We got there and it was a total different rental house, and different pier. We got there and told her this and she says, oops, wrong pictures i sent you. I was angry! 2. ROACH INFESTATION!! 3. We got there and waited 1 hour for this lady to get there just to check in. Wouldve been nice if she wouldve offered us some money back for all of this we went through.

It was my family’s first experience ever going to arroyo for fishing and staying at Arroyo city Fishermen Lodge and definitely will be the last the outside of the pier was great but indoors there was a cockroach infestation, mildew order, floors did not even look mopped, salt shakers full of bugs, refrigerator leaked and bottom did not work, toilet malfunctioning, spiders coming out from under the beds, air con not working having to sleep with lights on because of the roaches and attempting to eat and having roaches crawl up my sons leg we originally booked it for the full weekend and left not being able to enjoy it …..I know these places are used for people to enjoy with their families but at least up keep the area your offering that’s bringing you money when confronted she claimed she n

Nice and quaint just stopped for bait they had live shrimp. Customer service was awesome. On my way to Thomae Garza Park for a morning of fishing 🎣🎣.

If ur planning on renting the pier on this place....make sure u dont eat or drink anything that day....no RESTROOMS AVAILABLE....FIRST AND LAST TIME👎
