Arrowhead Inn

Bugs all over the room and sheets we’re not clean we complained and were moved to another room but it was also disgusting so we left and asked to be refunded but charges we not refunded. Do not stay here it was discussing.

The room is small but clean. Has a refrigerator and nice TV. We were not there to hang out and the room so the size really didn't matter to us. Very clean. The property manager was very helpful. You receive a breakfast voucher for the Sunset cafe which is right next door. Sunset also has a bar in the back for a few drinks and black jack. The air conditioner worked but ran a bit loud which the manager was aware of but was waiting on a tech to come and take care of. Timing for that was off...beyond her control so I will not complain about that. View of Salem Sue:)

This place is wonderful. I called at like three in the morning looking for an off-the-highway pet friendly motel room in the middle of a very long road trip. They were SO FRIENDLY and accommodating. They even set our room up with snacks and dog treats and dishes when we arrived and were so gracious about check-out time knowing we got in late! Lots of quaint personal touches ❤️ Our vehicles were safe overnight, packed with our belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to stay again if we ever find ourselves somewhere in the middle of North Dakota.

When I made the reservation, a man answered, sounding flustered and handed the phone over to a girl who said she wasn't trained to take my information so only took my name and confirmed the day. I didn't feel comfortable but as we were only passing through for the night, I left it. When we got there, it was not like its picture, very run down. The entrance was confusing and had a pass code lock on it. We knocked and got a grumpy, What? A man came out and when I said my name and we had a reservation, he said, She said she called you to cancel because the guy in that room decided to stay. I told him she never took my phone number. He said she must have called the wrong number. He did offer to have one of his workers sleep in his space for the night and we could have that room. No way was I

We are traveling across the states from my. We only stay at little motels. This one was a treat. The woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy. The water pressure was great. They leave out snacks for the guests, such a nice touch. It was one of the best motels we have stayed at on this trip. If you want new and flashy, don't stay here. If you want a good night's sleep with the feel of home. This is your place.
