Arrow Creek Campground

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place for a short stay or vacation, Arrowcreek Campground is a decent option. It’s located between downtown Gatlinburg and Newport, so you get the mountain feel without being totally isolated. In my personal opinion and from my own personal experiences: I would not recommend living here full-time. The campground is constantly under maintenance and renovation, and long-term living comes with frequent interruptions. Water, internet, and power have gone out multiple times—sometimes for planned maintenance without much notice (not emergencies, which are understandable). I visited this campground ⛺️ mid Oct 2025. It’s a very clean campground with breathtaking views. Very quiet and private. Jessica gave us a tour . No rush she took her time and answered all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable and such a nice lady . We will be back .

Unlock the bathrooms and make the shower house available. You made us believe that these amenities were included before we signed our 3 Month agreement in this fall. Shutting off the water multiple times for maintenance and then completely shutting down the community bathrooms/showers is illegal. RVIA does not cover deceit.. they lied to us and are neglecting to correct the situation. They just ghost. That’s not good business. Shutting off bathing services in a campground is unethical when YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE that those facilities will be closed. We are going to sue you for your deception and neglect. We are currently gathering evidence. No one checked anything on our R.V as far as a RVIA certification… they are not inspecting anything; they should be investigated and inspected. Jessica…

I had a great weekend visit here recently, everyone I spoke too was kind. Jessica was great and took time out of her day to show me the entire property. This seems like a great community can’t wait to come back when I go full time.

This campground scammed me, they charged me a $200 “deposit” as a cleaning fee and to cover any damages that may occur to the property, but even with no damage occurring, they did not give me my money back! They took the $200 from my account and issued a “reversal” of the charge after inspecting the cabin and confirming there wasn’t any damage or excessive cleaning necessary. They were supposed to refund the money back into my account within 10 business days, but I never received the refund. I stayed in early September and have not been able to get my money back or make contact with anyone who could assist me. Due to this “reversal”, my bank has no record of this transaction occurring and has no way to assist me in retrieving my $200. Beware of this campground, the price may seem reas
