We stayed 3 nights in December. The park is ok, we didn’t have any issues but it doesn’t feel like it’s on the best area. Again, we had no issues but if you want something nicer this is not it. It is gated for cars but people can easily walk in. It’s also a very loud area with traffic and plane noise. We arrived after hours so we had to call and wait for security to come bring us our check in packet. He laughed at us when we arrived and confirmed my name which was very odd. The security guard drives around at night with his light flashing which is VERY annoying! The bathrooms/showers were big but could use some updating. I liked that it was key card entry, however you could access it between 10pm and 7am. That was odd to us. I did laundry on site which was easy and quick with no issues
The place is a sham! It is a “trailer park” more than an RV Park. This place was the only one we could find that had room for as we were arriving during the Super Bowl and Presidents day. It was suggested we try them by one of their competitors. It looked okay on their web site. The park was easy to find. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. It is a gated park so we felt reasonably safe. The rules are fairly basic but here is where the problems start. They are policed differently. There is one set for permanents and one for transients. We noted: many speeding vehicles (well over 10 MPH), many units with more than the two dog limit, lots of off leash dogs and many dogs over 35 pounds. This park has a policy that refuses service to those who’s units are older than ten
Such a bad location.. we stayed here from 2021-2022 and it was the worst park I have ever stayed at. Homeless walking through park. Prostitution out front. Management was so rude! lost packages and mail. Stuff stolen outside. SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE 🤮 They would change the gate code and I would come home from work and be locked out. And they make you move out every 6 months for a day? How dumb. Do yourself a favor and stay at duck creek rv park. SO MUCH BETTER
We stayed in the RV park and were greeted and checked in by Kiesha. She is a gem! We had had a not great day but her empathy, joyfulness, and kindness completely turned our day around. We will definitely stay here again. Oh, and the park is very clean and nice. We felt very safe.
Location is excellent. You will be close to Vegas. Full hook ups 50 amp. The amenities are also nice. It’s a gated RV park with lots of pull through spaces. The checking process was also easy and simple.
