Arbor Village

Great staff! Wonderful hotel. We had a golf course near our Villiage. Pool near us. We drove to the ocean area and they offer you drinks and food at the beach, and there is a bar if it’s cloudy.

The room was not ready for over an hour and a half past the due time. Definitely not what you pay for. Te beach access is only for the elite rooms and members. The pools are not within walking distance. We had no mad service due to Covid-19, however they did not reduce the rate to the non-maid service rate.(which they do advertise) There was mold on the shower walls. The room was advertised on booking.com as having a hot tub which they do not. We were told we would be compensated for all of the issues which we were not. The pond for kayaking is so hidden it took forever to find it and then you had to walk behind buildings to get to it. There is no beach access to "regular guests"

Perfect place to stay with kids, families, etc. Stayed for hockey tournament. Entire team was kept together, so with pool and local restaurants and bakeries, it made the 3 night stay enjoyable and so much fun. There is a kitchen partially stocked with plates, etc..BRING BOTTLE OPENER AND SCISSORS. Lots of room to spread out, especially with all the gear. Parked right out in front of room. Safe and quiet. Wasn't worried about 12 year old boys bouncing between rooms, grass lawns and parking lot.

Really nice. Great service. Laid back. Except the beach: they are frozen colon about their beach if you are not staying at the mansion. But you can walk down for the sunset even if you cannot go on the beach

He's newly renovated rooms and close by Link's restaurant and waterfront restaurant. Food is delicious. Beach is beautiful. The service is great
