Arbor Inn Motel

Arbor Inn is in serious need of an update. We stayed Aug 2024. We had a King room, old dirty smelly carpet. Mattress should have been thrown out years ago as it sank in the middle, maybe used as a trampoline by kids. Pillows were horrible. Bedding was old Old out dated furniture and lamps. Had a jacuzzi where visible mold was in all the jets. Bathroom was tiny and filthy. Old hair stuck to the molding on the floor, around the whole toilet hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Just nasty. Doors had stains, in need of paint. No ice machine. Pool on premises but you weren't able to swim in it. Pitch black at night, was creepy and scary, I always felt unsafe. The manager was a nice man but cannot handle the property. Don't stay here. Don't even consider it

My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend getaway. The Hotel owner thought we were only staying one night so he had given us a small room but we had explained we reserved for four nights so he upgraded us to the King Suite room. ||The premises looked clean, grass cut, pool area looked clean. The hotel room was also clean. The phone didn't work, neither the Jacuzzi, it was just like a giant bathtub. The first night the pillows were really too large and caused neck pain so the next day we asked for new ones and he provided smaller sized pillows which was great. During the stay the rooms are not cleaned everyday, only after you leave. We liked that because it allowed us some privacy and also having a small dog we were worried if there was a housekeeper it would disturb her naps in the day. I

Upon entering the office, I was smacked with a horrible smell of smoke and must. The owner is very nice but the rooms are in need of serious upgrading and cleaning. I was not comfortable staying there so we cancelled our reservation. The room smelled, had a sunken bed and did not feel clean. Do not recommend

The room was very nice and the beds were extra comfy! The pool was empty and we had it all to ourselves to enjoy. We had beach towels to use, but the owner also offered us towels to use specifically at the pool so we didn't have to use the room towels. Very attentive and helpful. It was a great spot for a quiet vacation evening.

We had friends come in from Fl over the long weekend. They stayed one night only. Since the motel is close to where I live. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. The fireplace had a board over it. Shower was gross. One friend didn't even shower it was gross. The motel is in need of serious updates. For $160 per night we expected better. We will no longer recommend this place to anyone!!
