Aqua Beachbreak Resort Condo Rentals

Even though the location was good. There were some issues. We are right in the beach with waking access to the beach just few feet away. The Wi-Fi is not too great it cuts in and out. It seem to not work at all in the evenings. Cellphone signal was not available on the first floor which is the floor level of the hotel. It could be the carrier but still once we get to the parking lot signal is back on but weak. Not enough outdoor lights on the first/ground floor or the steps walking down. Pillows and bed are not comfortable. No extra trowels. When I asked of extra towels only got one from the front desk.

Waited a very long time with one person working on a Saturday. Her customer service was very poor and rooms were not available long past check in time. This isn’t even peak season. Spend a little more money somewhere else and get a better experience

Location is great. Beach is beautiful. Staff is nice. Avoid rooms on bottom floor- carpet stinks, can't see the beach even though they are considered beach-view, and mold grows above doorway and drips on you right as you walk into the room. After the first night we asked to switch rooms, and they very nicely did to one on the top floor which didn't stink and the view was much better. There are no elevators or ramps so heavy bags and coolers were a bit of a pain. The sheets/linen irritated my skin, and the pillow gave me a headache after the third night. We had a room with a large fridge, stove, microwave, and pots to cook in- this was a very nice upgrade many hotels don't offer. Overall experience was decent, but we won't book here again for our trip next year to PCB.

Great price and the view is amazing. Almost all the rooms have beach front views except a few. We stayed a whole week and wasn't disappointed. The only thing I could honestly say i didn't like was the fact there is no elevator but other than that; we had a great time. We've already booked another vacation there.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in . The smell is so bad. If you have kids please don’t bring them to this hotel. Everywhere you walk you smell marijuana. I only gave a one star because they have great parking. The tub had pubic hair in it and white dried up stains on the carpet. I only stayed one night because it was no other hotels available and I drop ove 9 hours to get here.. never again
