Appomattox Inn and Suites

Great clean rooms. If your lucky enough to have Tiffany as your front desk host and bartender then you will have a great neighbor that treats you like family. Best experience I've had at a hotel and I travel alot. Just ask for Tiffany she will make check in and your bar/ grill experience the best like a good barber that you've went to all your life that loves to listen to your stories and has great stories of her own.

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Appomattox - the staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast service excellent, the pool was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Negative: Either I couldn't figure out how to work the refrigerator or it didn't chill well. If we were staying another evening I would have asked for help. I was not fond of the barn-type top-rolling bathroom door but all-in-all we enjoyed our stay there

I don't think we've ever stayed at any hotel this nice for this price... ever. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I just can't think of anything negative from our three night stay. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to this area.

Great experience. This is the only place I’ve ever received a call from manager to make sure everything in room was as it should. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Centrally located too.

I don’t know why I love this place so much. I feel better here than in 4 and 5 star hotels that I (very rarely) stay at. Every time I’m even remotely close to Appomattox I specifically stay here. Everyone is nice. So genuinely nice. Rooms are always so clean, lobby is clean. Very peaceful hotel too. I love this place. Forgot to add, I drove 2 hours out of my way to stay here. And few months ago when I was supposed to stay here for 3 days, I extended for a week just to sleep here. It’s just that comfy. Mgmt must know something most other hotels don’t, I don’t know. Why is everyone so nice here? What a gem of a place. Ok third edit: somehow this place is rated 2 stars. I don’t know how that works but it’s such a superb place I’d rate it 5 stars.
