Customer Reviews
I never leave reviews, but wow, our room was disgusting and filthy. I’m not exaggerating. I actually don’t feel safe staying here.
The Inn is along the main road. From the outside you will already not expect luxury. The check in was very friendly/ We got a number code for the room. The room itself is big enough but very basic and in dire need of renovation. Smell of mold. However, the bed linen was clean, so was the bathroom and the A/C worked well. Wi-fi did pose a problem however. The connection at the office was good, but it could not be picked up in our room and another connection was so unstable that it was useless. They were kind enough to give us another room closer to the reception (actually a bigger room) and here we got an acceptable connection. Furthermore an empty tissue box, coffee machine and, as we found out later when the office was closed, no towels. The room was quiet however and the sleep quality wa
5 Stars – Not Fancy, but Nobody Bothered Me (And That’s Worth Gold) Look, I ain’t gonna lie to you. Apple Tree Inn ain’t the goddamn Ritz—but it’s got four walls, a door that locks (most of the time), and a bed that didn’t talk back. That’s all I need. I checked in under a fake name, paid cash, and nobody asked questions. That’s what I call service. Room smelled like bleach and secrets—perfect. Air conditioner sounded like it was powered by a dying lawnmower, but it worked. The TV had static, the wallpaper was peeling, and the guy in the room next to me might’ve been dead. Again: not complaining. I sat on the edge of the bed, drank from a warm mini bottle of tequila, and whispered “one more day, Seth” until the sun came up. That’s hospitality. Five stars. Don’t ask why I stayed. Don’t
Awful. The rooms smell like stale urine, the beds and towels are filthy, and I dread to think what I'd find under a black light. My colleague booked this place, he's learnt his lesson. Do not stay here! It's a health hazard
Located in the middle of Richfield Utah The Apple Tree Inn is ideally placed for a comfortable and quiet night sleep in close proximity to a grocery store a convenience store and several other local businesses. With very reasonably priced rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and television this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling through town or planning to stay in the area and see the sights for a while. The rooms were clean simply furnished and the bedding was also clean there were no bugs in the room nor were their bed bugs. The staff are exceptionally friendly professional and willing to help.
