I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at the Anvil Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found something special. The highlights of my stay: • The Breakfast: Truly a standout! It was hands-down one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had at a hotel—delicious, fresh, and the perfect way to fuel up for a day in Jackson. • The Staff: Every single team member was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. • The Room & Service: The daily room service was impeccable, keeping everything spotless and refreshed. Plus, having a charming fireplace in the room added such a cozy, authentic mountain vibe that I didn't want to leave. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of rustic charm and top-tier service, this is the place to be.

Fraudulent charges to the card left on file at checkin! Running a scam, First charge $99.00. I called the Anvil Hotel and requested a refund. Marco the desk clerk who also checked us in the previous night said I would have to email his boss and talk to her. I immediately called and reported to the fraud department. Then they informed me of a Second Charge for $1.00, likely to see if the charges would be declined before attempting another transaction! As a result, I lost the use of the card and a new card sent to my home address which was about a week away!

We just returned from a 3 night stay. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location for walking into town to shop and eat. The location is just across the street from The Start bus airport pickup location which was very convenient. The lobby is warm and comfortable with and wood stove and multiple seating locations. They have books and board games that are available which we used several times. The room was pretty much a standard size hotel room. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the size of the shower, a little small, but not a deal breaker. I liked that housekeeping came in daily. Overall we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This property may be relatively no frills, the for the affordable price point we had a great time! I love how close it is to a green space where we could potty our puppy (there was even a station with waste bags), and the staff in the lobby was always friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping also didn't cut any corners, and the free parking was a nice touch! We definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

There is also the cutest little mercantile on-site, stocked with thoughtfully curated items that make for the perfect take-home reminder of your stay.
