Aesthetically modern, service was top notch. I rented the King Suite with Jacuzzi tub and separate bathtub/restroom. As I’ve read reviews, I do believe all complaints 4-5 months+ prior are before the renovations were completed. Had a number of set backs upon checking in such as TV not working (housekeeping was in my room upon check in and said tv had no channels), bedside lamps not working, jacuzzi tub would not unplug. Stayed in the room overnight and management, Sam, came the next morning and literally within 30 seconds demonstrated all issues were user error. Light switch by door, turns on electricity to turn on bedside lamps as they have their own switches. Plug for tub is controlled by emergency drain by turning it 15 degrees and TV was the worst. HDMI cord had both sides plugged
Positive: "" Negative: Hot tub was dirty and the switch did not work. Breakfast was always empty and cold. The shower head was loose the towel rack was coming off the wall the bathroom door handle was broken
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was minimal. The took them 30 days to give me back my deposit! It was so quiet, was able to sleep well! W and
My husband was in a rollover car accident in the middle of the night, traveling home from work, and ended up stranded in the area afterwards as we live hours away. This hotel has zero human compassion or care. They charged him for a full night, when checking in at 3am bruised and shaky from the accident. That’s fine, we expected that. We were in a blizzard, I shoveled 3ft of snow in 67mph winds to try to pick him up by checkout at 11. The roads were awful and I couldn’t make the trip in time. The front desk wouldn’t approve a late check out so he had to book another night. Also wouldn’t let him switch to a cheaper room. We finally got help to get him home so he went to check out at 3pm and was told there would be no refund. $460 for a less than 24 hour stay and zero compassion or understan
My water line burst during the super cold days. So my family stayed here for 6 days while the work was being done. When we arrived the front doors were not working and it being -25-40 degrees out being stuck outside until the only employee opened them was harsh. (They later put out a sign to pull doors open). We were told they have no housekeeping staff and handed a printed out check sheet of things we would need during our stay to bring to the front desk to ask for. (Extra towels, bedding, ext) No big deal I totally understand. When the weekend came it was a disaster. So much trash was in the hallways and the hallway reaked of weed. Their laundry room did not work. The washer only fills up a quarter of the way and the dryer didn't warm up. I was charged an $150 extra fee for a plastic ke
