Customer Reviews
Rooms were clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool/hot tub area clean and tidy. Only complaint is it took several minutes for staff to arrive at front desk to check us in, even after “pick up phone for assistance” completed.
Alright so we had a major flood in our home that left us with a need for accommodation. The management heard my needs seeing as how we live in the middle of nowhere and need a convenient lication. They worked the calendar and set us up for 2 months. What a joyous experience that unfolded. We checked in and with a large family we needed joined rooms which were conveniently located for loading and unloading. Over our stay the staff took hospitality to the next level. They were super understanding and most accommodating to the needs of our huge family. The hotel is always clean and neat and the pool is even open til midnight for adults which was a plus. Their breakfast is the best Americinn breakfast ive encountered throughout our travels and stays at Americinn. Location was super accommodati
Positive: "" Negative: The cleanliness of the common areas was not acceptable. The upholstered furniture is very soiled. The side stairwell appeared unvacuumed for days. Weeds were prevalent in sidewalk and shrub beds. I expect better when paying over $---/night.
This was an Ok AmericInn feel like I have stayed at better ones. The Breakfast wasn’t as big as some others as it had not eggs and stuff like that but, it was enjoyable but, waffles too weren’t as good. The Room we had was ok. It was pretty outdated and was not the best. The TV Quality was pretty awful on both TV’s I never have been to a hotel where the TV quality is an issue the picture was just blurry. It’s not just one TV. It’s the other one in the suite we had. It was an ok suite but, was cool that it had a jacuzzi in there as well as a fireplace. Those were the best parts that you don’t see in many suites anymore. Another big problem was all the noise which I don’t know if that’s under the hotels control but, it seems all night there was noise down there. Even at 5am I hear the nation
Nice hotel and the kids enjoyed the pool which was perfect. Would have been 5 stars but it’s kind of disgusting to see stains on the bed sheets. I’m certain, I hope, they were clean but the staining on a few of the sheets was just disgusting. Overall it was a good stay for the 1 night we had. If in the area again, we would stay here. Unfortunately we arrived a little late and didn’t want to deal with getting new sheets.
