AmericInn by Wyndham Monmouth

I had a great stay at AmericInn Monmouth. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room and lobby were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the nice hot pool—it was relaxing and well kept. Breakfast was another highlight, with many varieties to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I recommend all read this review before making a reservation. I came on here to read the reviews but after I read some, I had to do a review as well. We had a last minute emergency and couldn’t cancel within 24 hours. Front desk female states policy is to cancel within 24 hours. I said I get it but could they make an exception. After being told no, I called Wyndham. Their customer service said that is their policy but the hotel there can waive it and he even called the front desk. He said the mgr-Mr Patel-would call us at 11 and if he didn’t, we needed to call the hotel. Of course, no call so I called back and front desk female said Mr Patel was in a meeting and the Wyndham customer service person lied to me. The hotel was very nice, was clean and comfortable. The staff could use a seminar in friendliness and hospitality. Not a very courteous greeting at all. Then the hotel sent a text they wanted us to reply to with anything we needed. We asked for more coffee and never heard another word from them. No big deal, but why did they even ask?

We come to Monmouth for family get together every year and always stay here at AmericInn. The service we receive is always amazing. Staff were great and greeted very well. Break fast more verities with more options to choose from. Room cleaning and amenities are always amazing too.

Terrible customer service. Rented a room for multiple days and because I checked in late they cancelled my entire reservation. Combative staff. Smelled musty and everything was dim lit to hide the dirty carpets.
