This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere. So gross and neglected. I felt bad for the staff working and tried to calm my frustrations, the two different front desk women looked pretty young and I know it isn’t their establishment so I wasn’t trying to place blame. Everything is broken and banged up. The luggage cart was the first thing falling apart. There were holes in the walls of our room, poorly and unpainted patched holes, the inside of the bathroom door was chipped away at like someone was locked in or out at some point, there was what looked like feces or vomit on the inner white window shade. The first set of bedding had blood stains and cigarette burns. Every replacement or extra bedding had burns or holes. We had to have our room keys reset 3 times in a 3 day stay

We arrived, 11:00 P.M. the young man at the front desk made a fresh pot of coffee for us! We waited for our shuttle driver to take us to the airport. 8 days later, I called the hotel, our nice shuttle driver picked us up at the airport 1:00 A.M.! We checked in promptly. The hotel was quiet and we were asleep by 2:00 A.M. We did make it to breakfast before they closed it up. Many options, nothing fancy but good and tasty. We checked out at 11:15. The only issue was the light above the sink did not work. Great service and great price!!

When we first arrived the front desk person was really nice (wish I remembered his name). He offered to take our bags to our room bc the elevator was down. He also helped us get our park and fly situation handled after we misunderstood how to book the shuttle service to the airport. That’s why this review isn’t a 1*. But our problems started on our way back from vacation when we waited 1hr 10 min to be picked up from the airport. We called the front desk 3 times to get picked up. The person that answered sounded like he just woke up. He blamed the shuttle service and said they had a new driver. The shuttle driver said the first time he had heard anything from them was the last few min of our 1hr 10 min wait. The wait wouldn’t have been so bad if we didn’t have a 5 hr drive home after leav

Check in was ok..little slow and a $100 deposit on my visa a little crazy considering they really have nothing that could be charged to the room. The Parking IS HORRIBLE. I get it you offer park and fly...however the lot has no space for people checking into a room. THE ONLY SPOTS open had VERY VISABLE SIGNS from the APPLEBEES saying their spots and they will tow. I know they are closed for Christmas but tomorrow morning is another story. I do live local (escape family) and have many times seen cars towed from this lot. kinda ridiculous. The rooms show the age of hotel and really in need of some over due remodeling: Paint chipping throughout bathroom around tub very bad chipping (latex paint degradding used accidentally?)and noticabe dings throughout entire room. Positive: The King with whirlpool tub is fabulous for the price and hotel rating. Comfy bed, large flat panel TV, kitchenette space with a tall mini fridge (internal freezer compartment),microwave & cabinets. A very spacious room Negative: One drawback to being in whirlpool tub section of hotel is when neighbor uses it every night starting 1-2am; it’s NOISY enough to wake you up.Breakfast was served in a very small nook space & toaster was broken
