America's Value Inn Mexico

I been coming back to this place due to a lot of work in this area. I respect the owner ( Sam) if he would honor a little of what people are telling him here in the reviews. It's his staffing who doesn't wanna do there job.. my floors are not vacuumed. And we still don't have clean towels to bath, yet to knock on the door for payment. HAS Me BOILING. I may go a step further.

Do not stay here. This place is disgusting. The hotel must not believe in replacing the bedding as it is stained. Evidently batteries for remotes must be expensive as my T/V remote didn't come with batteries. The A/C did not work either. You have to deadbolt the door otherwise the cleaning lady (hard to believe they have one) will barge into your room at 8 pm to give you towels that you did not ask for nonetheless need. Overall, this hotel is a giant dump.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel online for 2 nights and when I arrived very late the first night I was unable to cancel once I got in the room and saw how bad it was. The carpet was stained and there were dips in the floor like it was rotted out underneath. The room smelled like urine and the trim around the floor of the bathroom was falling off. When I asked to cancel my reservation for the 2nd night, the owner told me I couldn't because they had a 24 hour cancellation policy. I told her why I didn't want to stay and she said she would move me to another room. The replacement room was worse than the first. There was a big gap around the entrance door that you could see through and there were bugs all over the floor. I went back to the manager and told her I would not be staying bec

Don't bring your pets. They are not allowed! The rooms and restrooms are way under par. The only way I would stay here again is if, well I wouldn't. I slept in my car. Then changed clothes in the room and left. At least I had somewhere to park and sleep. The front staff is nice.

The rooms are clean. Everything is outdated but clean. The heating and air worked fine. And the person who checked me in was wonderfully friendly. Very nice and helpful. Some would complain that the rooms and building are old and rough-looking, but the pricing, compared to the surrounding inns, is very reasonable.
