Americas Best Value Inn Weatherford, TX

First, they charged me a deposit that there wasn’t any notification posted anywhere including online. When mentioned, front desk clerk stated she will mention to manager. Front desk clerk said that the deposit will be refunded after check out. I’ve been go e for a week and the deposit still not returned.||This place is trashy. They give you a room (with hot-tub) that’s dirty. The hot tub is broken but wasn’t cleaned out. Disgusting.||There looks like to be toilet paper over smoke alarm, for some reason. Never cleaned.||Trash has set in the room for over a week and wasn’t cleaned when they came in to give “fresh towels”. Bed not properly made. They have been in the room at least twice in the week. Staff cannot clean properly.||A/C doesn’t work properly.

Really really great as motels go. The owners are very nice and considerate and accommodate me in all the ways I had requested, and at no additional charge. Very highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience except for the fact that I had a non smoking room that was located right next to a smoking room that would leak over smells into the room I was staying in. It made getting a non-smoking room practically pointless. The towels were either not cleaned or were stained. There is no complementary coffee or a microwave either. The door had been busted in and did not seal properly along with missing the secondary safety latch required by law. Everything else was good and when I asked for anything it was handled very quickly. The reason for the 3 stars and not 4 was for the smoking room that had leaked into my room through 2 holes in the wall that I ended up covering up on my own. Along with you can hear everything through the walls. Thank you.🇺🇸

Probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Had to use the notepad as a bug swatter. There was gnats all over the mirror and bathroom. Disgusting.

The room was nothing like what I saw online, advertised a jacuzzi in the room which I paid for but when we got into the room it was a tub with a couple of jets in the restroom, then when I went to use the restroom and the toilet had not been cleaned it had dried up urine droplets on the seat, then I opened the cabinet under the sink and there was trash piled to the top under the sink it looked like it had been there awhile because some of the trash had mold , i took pictures of it, when we were getting ready for bed there was hair all over the sheet and it smelled really bad. I will never ever stay at this place again, and when we mentioned all these issues with the front desk they did not care and pretended to not understand English or speak it. This was the worst place we had ever stayed
