Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Maryville

The beds were a little hard for my comfort, but the room was amazing besides that. Nice kitchen island in between beds. Front desk girl was awesome.

Positive: It was terrible Negative: The lady in front desk was rude and had bad order needed a shower

The person who checked up is in was not very quick to transition between customers. He was distressed by something else that was going on with his phone. When we got to our room, I noticed a strong cleaning chemical smell. It made me sick. There were only two outlets in the main room. With three adults and one child, we needed many more. There was a melted plastic fork over the head of my bed in the light. Breakfast was a joke. No one could eat anything. Other guests were quite rude and butted in front of us. We gave up and went back to our room. This was supposed to be a special trip for my Master's graduation, and I ended up sick from the strong smell of some kind of cleaning periodic in our room.

We had such a pleasant stay. Vanessa was absolutely the best! Room was comfortable and very clean. If back in that area again, we will definitely stay there again!!

We have stayed here before and had good stays. Checked in with Sydney at the front desk who I might add was fantastic, give that girl a bonus! Room was comfortable and slept well. The only issue that we had was some kids running up and down the hallway on the second floor after 10 pm. They did a couple laps and evidently wore out and went to bed. Will stay again.
