Most disgusting hotel do not go here it smells like cigarettes their roaches in this hotel very dirty especially if you have kids DO NOT COME HERE

I stayed in this hotel last week during my trip to LA. The rooms are very spacious and definetly value for money. But the only thing which surprised me is that, it being a suite, did not have a microwave in the room. we had to go down to the lobby all the time for using a microwave oven. We had a 20 month baby with us and felt a little uncomfortable with no microwave. The one in the lobby can be used 24 hrs though. Good location and best rooms i have seen till now in ABVs. Value for money. Very good service, quite location.

Compared to other places that I have stayed, it was pretty good. I didn't find any bugs surprisingly big. Cleaning staff did their job the staff was nice. There were also cats on the premises

Hi first of all it's too price for the whole night so me and my partner get it for a few hours. We both work graveyard shift so we can get pretty exhausted at times. Unfortunately because the cleaning staff would forget to call or knock at checkout time. They would be knocking like a hour later and be upset at us for not leaving on time. Last time i checked it didn't state we needed to check ourself out nor it's our responsibility to do so. If that's the case then i should be getting paid to do so. I mean they hire people to clean the rooms and check people out its not my fault that they would forget and we are tired that's why we get the room to begin with. We wake up as soon as they knock or call for check out. So for this reason....one star next time hire people who can be responsible f

I paid $160 a day for 2days in room 106 with the spa jacuzzi and I was told later on that this is not the price it is 130 and the desk clerk robbed me. He is a young strongly cross-eyed Indian at the desk looks no more than 25 with a nervous twitch. He stole my money and told me I had to check out after the after 2 days. I believe he tried to upsell me by inflating the price on the room so I couldn't get it then when I paid for it had to get me out of there because he was actually stealing. I plan on filing a complaint thru my bank for the excessive charges. Call first or get quote the child I dealt with is a LIAR!
