Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Greenville

This hotel is the complete opposite of what is shown online. The photos and descriptions are a case of false advertising; in reality, the facility is unsanitary and poorly maintained. It seems poorly managed too.This place is roach-infested and very disgusting! My family and I were in different rooms and there were roaches spotted in each room—crawling on the beds, walls, and dressers. Not to mention, the plumbing issues caused water to come out of the bathroom and soak the floors, getting some of our things wet.Go elsewhere! It’s a disgrace that they are even allowed to be open to the public.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. We travel with our dog and were pleased that dogs were allowed with a $7.00 extra daily charge. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet and worked good. It was HOT in Greenville in early October so we especially appreciated the air conditioning! It looked like they were doing renovations on some of the rooms in another part but we didn't experience any noise where we were.

Hello, me and my family had to stay here after the ice storm first room we had the door would not lock finally six hours later they move her to another room, one flush in the toilet, and it look like this floated up from next next room Told the clerk on duty she told me she’s not a plumber get over it, so I waited until the next person came on. She was no help neither I showed her the Bathroom she tell me there’s nothing she can do. They have no vacancies keep in mind it’s 11:30 PM at night as she walks to my room to check it out we pass five vacant rooms.

Positive: The lobby is pretty which creates the illusion that the rest of the hotel is nice as well. Negative: I will never go back to that hotel there was ladies fingernails on the bed latex material on the bed on the toilet was not clean there were ashes everywhere stuff in the window seal no lock on the door absolutely horrible.

The staff goes above and beyond. I had forgotten my medical paperwork for surgery and they held for me and delivered to car when we went by after surgery. We had a couple of guys make us a bit uneasy but called the office. They came and walked us in the room. The rooms are ok. Better quality bedding and sheets would be nice. Fridge worked great. No Way Jose is right across street and lots of fast food choices in area.
