I would especially like to highlight the motel's convenient location near the highway, which makes for easy and comfortable access in and out. Despite its proximity to the road, the ares feels quiet, peaceful and safe. The owner has clearly taken all hospitality standarts into consideration - the staff is friendly, professional, and responsible. The room is clean, comfortable, and provides a calm atmoshere for a pleasant stay

Positive: There lock on the door dis not work and no person to repair nor another room to move to. We left talked to the front office and left. Negative: Poo quality

I'm pretty sure I don't understand some of the reviews about this hotel. If you want a 5 star hotel there is a Marriot in town. This is America's Best Value Inn, I understand being skeptical about any of their properties, I have stayed at some not so nice versions of this place, but trust me, this one is very good. They actually invest in the property and upgrade it, I have stayed here numerous times. The rooms have tile flooring and granite top furniture and counters, it's very nice. Large screen flat TV, microwave and refrigerator in every room I've been in . The only thing it's lacking is a coffee pot, but there is a Whataburger next door that has good coffee if you are in need, or go down to Gordon's Bait and Tackle, they have a very nice cup of coffee and good local flare burritos

The rooms are so comfortable! The young lady Jessica at the front desk helped me pick the best room to meet my needs and she was very polite to me and my family. Thank you A.B.V. Inn & suites!

We checked in left and went to a concert. We came back and the DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK PROPERLY. I took video. I called the front desk. The lady who answered said she had no one to repair it nor a room to transfer us to. I handed the worker the plastic key and told her I am not staying I. The room w no lock. 26 Sat 25 Today I called Condy Black the manager she said of 26 years was called about the problem and that she got out of bed to come see about the problem. She said we did not close the door- which we did. She said there were homeless people in the room. She also said I yelled at her employee and cursed at her. Not true. She would not refund my payment even though the deadbolt was faulty. Very sad. I just wanted to rest after a great concert. Priceline even called on my behalf and the
