Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Foley Gulf Shores

This place is absolutely beautiful and very affordable. Cindy at the front desk is so welcoming, patient, and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. Their pool area is beautiful as well. Totally much more than I expected all around.

Got here and fridge didn’t work. Then had 3 roaches in our room in one day. Went to front desk and asked for a refund for the next day since we were going to leave early and find another hotel room and she rolled her eyes at me. Told me they are clean and huffed and puffed and said I would have to call on Tuesday. Meanwhile we had to pack up and spend money on a new place to stay that didn’t have roaches:

This place is had a 100 percent improvement done to.it since the last time I was here the room all freshly remodeled the front desk night shift lady is absolutely amazing thank alot we will be back

Positive: Clean, it smelled good in every part of the hotel Negative: Nothing was mentioned on Google about the $50.00 deposit I had to put down in case the room was damaged. No eggs on weekdays, Im low carb. A covered walkway , like an awning over the sidewalk leading to the office would be nice, so if it's raining,

Rooms were clean, furniture is very nice. Bathroom is kind of tight (door is close to the toilet), but workable. Fairly quiet throughout the day, minus a little traffic noise. My room was closest to Hwy. 59 but still pretty quiet in the room. 4 stars on location only because of how busy Hwy 59 can be. However, there is a back street behind the hotel that can take you to the red light at 59. So not terrible. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and super friendly! Pool is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!
