Americas Best Value Inn Seguin

Ok. Fan doesn't work. Nor the heater or ac. Tried to call the office and the 0 button doesn't work. The sheets ferl dirty and they dont use bleach on towels and rags. Ih....and there is hair on the floor

Had to drop my son off at college and wanted a hotel that was near the school. Americas best value inn was the closest with a decent price. I was very skeptical staying here as I have only stayed at Best western hotels. I was very pleased when we got here. The staff is very pleasurable, the prices are competitive. Rooms were clean, parking lot clean, front office clean as well. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars, is the room was a little dank when we first arrived, after the ac was on for a while, the smell subsided. We stayed 2 night's. They cleaned the room while we were out and removed the shower curtain and forgot to replace it. Small thing's to complain about. Overall we had a great experience. And the site don't mention that they do provide breakfast and WiFi

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip to New Braunfels. We noticed no issues upon initial check-in. We left to enjoy our evening plans and returned late at night. Once we were preparing for bed, we noticed that one of the beds had mouse feces all over the upper portion of the bed. It was under the pillows and sheets. It was pretty late, so we just shared the other bed. In the morning, I notified the front desk. The woman didn't seem to care. She said they just had pest control out last week to spray for mice? She completely disregarded everything even with photos. She didn't offer up anything and was quick to end the conversation. I was extremely disappointed, I paid a $100 for a hotel room infested with mice and had to share a bed unexpectedly. Even worse, in the morning t

Not bad. I feel more comfortable when I can see where the rooms have been cleaned. The area outside of the bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. The bathtub drain was not clean. The beds we're comfortable.

Our toilet in the room over flowed. My husband started to clean it up with the towels in the room. I went to the office to ask for more towels and plunger. They gave me 2 rags. Which was no where enough to clean up the water. The office guy brought more rags never even stepped in the room to offer help! After we finished cleaning up the mess I went and asked for more towels so we could shower. The manager said NO! He said we shouldn’t of used our towels to clean up the mess! He never offered help, refund, nothing. He blamed us for the overflowing toilet! Pretty much said it was not his mess to clean up. The Manager has no concept of customer service. So we packed up my kids at midnight and drove 2 1/2 hrs home!
