Prebooked through Expedia. This hotel was very reasonably priced. The front desk staff was very friendly and I was checked into my room within 5 minutes of pulling in the parking lot. The room smelled nice and there was no visible signs of bugs inside or outside the hotel. I would stay here again the next time I pass through.

Guy asked what I needed the room for, since I was from out of town, told him to sleep. He responded with we have had alot of problems of people using our rooms for bad things, at this time we can't rent you a room. Place is a joke, went across the street to the other hotel. Will never use these guys again. June 18th, I was debating on this review for some time. Was a large heavy set mexican, with glasses. You guys have had a large number of people coming from Omaha and using your place and trashing it. Not only was that embarrassing to be accused of, but I offered for him to look through my things. Would you like the reciept for the other hotel across the street? I hope everyone sees this, and sees how their customer service treats problems. I will delete this when I get an apology. Like

The water pump started to go out in our truck on a Saturday while traveling home to Montana and we could not get in for repairs until Monday. We had a 4 night stay here which was very pleasant. The room was clean and smelled like fresh laundry and the beds were very comfortable. We had fresh coffee and a nice breakfast every morning. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed and gave us good food recommendations. A very special thank you to the manager who went above and beyond for us. You are all very much appreciated. THANK YOU!

Let's start with the nightly price 95$ plus tax was what I was told by the guy at the front desk. And was extremely rude when I came in. Found it on a different website for half that price. Asked to check in, not even a full hour early was told no, not a big deal if we didn't drive for hours. The hotel, in general, smells musty, booked 2 queen beds got 2 full from 4/28/1997. The refrigerator stopped working on night 1, and the ac/heater worked a bit hot water works. Dogs in the building that barked all night, lady would hit the wall all night that was next to us. Called the front desk and got nothing in response. Had to stay somewhere else, and they didn't even give us a refund. Internet doesn't work. DONT STAY HERE

Expectation needs to be set at 2 Star hotel. That means the basics have to be good, but also acknowledge that there's a reason the price is half that of the bigger ones. The front desk service was great. Friendly checking on and checking out. There were also no bugs. Didn't see any accumulating around the outer doors or in any corners. Finally, it felt safe which is key when you're in these darker, off the highway places. The hallway was brightly lit the entire time and we didn't see anyone walking around or loitering. With the basics covered, we have to go over the rest. The beds seemed old. Soft in a broken kinda way. The ones where you can feel the springs. The shower was rickety but the water was hot. Towels definitely need a refresh, they hurt. Carpet was fine but you can see cracks
