Location is just off the interstate however nothing is as advertised. When I showed up at the front desk, The office personnel was incredibly rude and short.WHen we asked about the pool we were informed that they don't have a pool and that they don't have Continental breakfast. We chose this hotel because we travel for business and after being out in the heat all day we like to go swim in a pool. We only chose this hotel because of the pool! The oveRall experience only an hour here has been terrible. It says non-smoking but the rooms smell like smoke, when I walked into our room the air was off and it was about 110°. WE couldn't even stay in our room, we had to leave immediately and let it cool down for 2 hours that was at 9pm. Overall one of the worst hotels I've been in and the fact the

I was visiting my brother while he was stationed at Whitman AFB and stayed here. This was my first time staying at a motel, and I’ll just say you get what you pay for. These were the cheapest rooms in the area ($67/night when I was there). They are dog friendly. When I first got there, I turned on the heat and 10 minutes later there are about 6 lady bugs around the room. I told the manager and he immediately came to my room and vacuumed them up. Afterward, I didn’t see any more. He also checked in when he saw me again. The finishes weren’t the best (carpet coming up in some areas, large window streaks), but the room was very clean. The bed slept okay. My biggest complaint is the smell of the water. I usually don’t mind drinking faucet water but the water here smelled absolutely terrible.

This hotel says it is pet friendly. My husband and I travel for work and decided to stay at this hotel since the location was close to our work site. We checked in and told the guy at the desk that we didn't want the room cleaned due to only being in the room for less than a week. My dog is potty trained and has never made a mess on the floor. With that being said, we didn't need any cleaning. Everything was fine until the guy tried to come into our room while we were at work. The reason I know this is because I have a pet camera set up and caught him opening the door and then shutting it when my dog began to bark. He then tells us 2 days later when we tried to pay for 2 more nights that we weren't allowed to stay there anymore due to our dog barking. The day we left there was a group of m

Worst motel experience ever. We booked a room for all weekend & we left to go 6 miles up the road for dinner Saturday evening. We had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on our door. When we returned, the sign was hanging with the bottom half stuck in the door, which immediately told me someone had been in our room. My husband's wallet was missing. When checking with hotel management, they were very rude, talking over me & not letting me speak. The manager kept saying "no one been in your room". We had to file a police report with the local police department. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

What a terrible experience! I had made my reservation on the wrong day, as I was coming in for a funeral and not thinking straight. I never got a confirmation email after I paid online, so I sent an email requesting confirmation. I received an immediate response letting me know they'd investigate. Showed up to the hotel and the guy behind the desk YELLED at me for getting him in trouble with his boss because I emailed for confirmation. The blessing here is that they did not charge me for the "no show" as I had booked for Wednesday instead of Thursday. However, the guy behind the front desk was soooo rude to me, and charged me almost DOUBLE what I had been quoted for a Wednesday rate because he said that Thursday's are included in their "weekend" rate, and they were busy due to the state fa
