I am usually a look fornthe upside reviewer. Not this time. Room was exceptionally dirty with dirt and crusty in the crease of mattress. No fitted sheets. Mattress was brown. Sign says renovation going on but no sheets, equipment, or construction supplies anywhere in the building. They charge a huge deposit for non smoking and if you opt for smoking when you get there they charge 20.00 which makes you paying 88.00 for a room that is advertised at 60.00. Have to turn in the receipt for he 50.00 deposit within 1 day or lose it. The desk staff is extremely rude and will yell at you for nothing. The mini fridge is was iced over so did not work. No cold vending. Ice machine on 1st floor if it's working. Smell is terrible. Will never stay again. Would rather stay on the street or in my car.

Never again! I saw no mention about a deposit when I booked online, so I didnt finish my checkin. But he charged me for the hotel room anyway! And this is not refundable! I feel like I was just robbed! It's 30 dollars extra to check in early, and 20 dollars extra to change your room from non-smoking to smoking! They milk you for every penny! Not only that, but the lobby had literally no cool fresh air. It was hot like a sauna! And I overheat easily. I will never go back there!

Positive: Easy to find, inexpensive. Negative: The whole time I was checking in the clerk was on his cell phone. They require a deposited and give you a hand written receipt you are to turn in at check out to get it back, but it was not explained to me. The parking lot is covered in trash.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Every bedroom is disgusting and unsafe. I was in my room for ten minutes and found dead bugs, pubic hair INSIDE OF THE BEDSHEETS, poop stains in the toilet, and the shower head was falling off of the wall. Nothing had been cleaned from the previous person staying in the room. There was a candy wrapper stuffed in the peephole. ||||When I asked for a refund, they said they DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS after check in! They tried to switch me to another room and there was pubic hair in both of the beds. I begged them to refund me so I could go somewhere else because I did not feel safe at this hotel and they refused, as well as being extremely rude.|||| I told them “how is it fair that you can’t get a refund when we can’t see the rooms before we check in”, and they responded that my

The check-in counter was sticky. The desk clerk didn't even get up from the desk watching a sports game. There was no bath towels or hand towels. Pictures show dirty areas. There was an uneasy smell in both the room & hallways. We stayed on a Monday night. I thought it would have been better.
