Courtyard by Marriott Jefferson City

I’ve stayed here a few times while facilitating trainings. Also used their conference rooms. The rooms are fine – a lot of energy spent to present a modern look, but it also feels a bit cold and lacking in warmth/personality as a result.||The food at the restaurant is really mediocre, and sometimes it takes a TON of time for them to prepare, so best go to some of the local restaurants rather than the one inside hotel.||The gym is nice.

It is a beautiful place. My room was just perfect. It was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable too. I had a great view of the capital and the city. However, they charged over $8 for parking in or out of the garage, the room itself was very overpriced for having no real extras, like breakfast or room service. I had to phone them ahead of time with a question and not only was all 4 of the people I spoke to rude, but one spoke extremely loud, one literally yawned into the phone as I spoke, and my question was still not properly answered. When booking a room I asked for a view of the capital. I wasn't going to stay otherwise. The reply was, "we 'should' be able to reserve that for you. We're not busy right now." My stay here was a 10/10 experience. I have medical issues and they let me check in a little early to help facilitate that. I mean that just right away set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was SUPER clean. I searched almost every square inch of the bathroom and it was SPOTLESS. All the bedding was fresh and clean. When I got off the elevator I immediately noticed a clean smell of fresh flowers. One of the housekeepers was spraying the carpets with a perfume and vacuuming behind leaving the fresh flower smell. That's going above and beyond!! I highly recommend this hotel A+

We had such a pleasant stay on 11/22/2025. The rooms are always clean, the linens and pillows are fresh, and the staff are polite and accommodating. I have two suggestions, the bathrooms floors need to be leveled in a way where the water is directed towards the drain and the heated pool should be warmer, there is no hot tub. Everytime we stay Jeff City we plan on staying with Marriott! Thank you everyone

Stayed for 1 night. Great location and clean rooms. Nice little bar in the lobby as well. Would return again if in the area.
