When we got inside of our room, we saw one bug on the wall in the bedroom, as we got closer to the bathroom, the numbers were adding up, by the sink we found handful and in the shower we found more. The weirdest part though, was one of our chairs was pushed up what we thought was a closet door but it was a connected door to another room, which for us was a safety concern, overall the room did not match at all what the photos looked like, cleanliness was a big issue and we were ready to go to another hotel. When we told the manager, they offered us another room, but we were so turned off we declined and wanted a refund but told us no refunds even though we checked in at an earlier time before the return policy. Stayed here while visiting family and everytime the service from the front desk lady was welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms I've never had any problems house keeping kept our rooms clean. It was a hassle free clean experience. Definitely recommended and would stay here again......

Positive: The evening clerk was very nice and helpful Negative: The flush system on the toilet broke and was never fixed we had to stay upstairs and my 78 year mother in law had trouble climbing the stairs and we never received a chair for the tub for her to shower when was told they would get her one

I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel. There was no hot water, the towels were gross, and looked stained and dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting, there was soap scum on the bottom and looked as though it had never been washed….ever. And there were a couple spiders crawling around in the tub. The walls and floors were filthy. The baseboard molding under the sink had almost completely fallen away from the wall. Peeling and chipped paint. Honestly I don’t know why the health department allows it to remain open……smh. Worst hotel experience ever.

I reserved 2 rooms and when I got to the rooms one bed had a fairly sized blood stain and the other bed was almost fully covered with a urine stain, called the front desk to get new sheets put on and was never assisted. Turned our key back in and was told we wouldnt be charged yet we still were and now getting almost no help getting a refund for the disgusting rooms we received. Will never return to this location.
