Americas Best Value Inn Forest

Positive: Close to highway 20 and had good food/shopping options nearby. Negative: Rooms were dirty. Grounds were dirty. A full breakfast was advertised but there was only sausage, potatoes and biscuits and grits. Food quality was very low and there were a lot of items that weren't fresh or restocked at 8am.

This isn't a hotel, it's some kind of crap. I arrived after 12:00 at night. And they can't give me a room because their program is designed so that after 12:00 it's a different day and I can only check in at 3:00. Is this a hotel or a private house when everyone is asleep and no one is allowed in? So if a person arrives after 12:00 at night, then let the hotel be empty because their program, you see, is designed so that they only rent out rooms before 12:00 at night.

A great value. Front desk staff was nice, and I enjoyed the cook. My room was new, and it was very clean. It had a nice mattress and terrific pillows. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was fresh and hot. This is a great place to stay and worth the price. I will definitely book again.

I am a truck driver and made a last minute reservation. The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely. The minor issue I had was resolved quickly and to the best of her ability being so late in the day. Very limited truck parking. Walmart right across the street and plenty of close food choices.

Stopped in keeping my fingers crossed for a room and got checked in without any issues. clean updated rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Free hot breakfast and within walking distance to anything you need. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area
