Book room on line got to motel, and the front desk tells my that he has no rooms after I already book the room, staff not friendly and poor customer service.

Awful place. Booked online but when we arrived door was locked and had to call to get someone to let us in. The person did not know how to check anyone in. Said the manager had to go pick up kids at school and would be back in a minute. Waited almost an hour and finally told the lady we needed to change our clothes to get to a function. We left a $100 bill and she gave us a key to a room. We went in and the room was nasty. Dirty towels in the tub and on the floor. We changed clothes quickly and put things back in the car then went to return the key but the lady had locked the door and left. We went to our function then came back to try and get our money back. Didn’t happen, very rude, no refund policy. We got our change from the $100 and left. Will never go back.

We purchase room on priceline. Got to the hotel and could not find anyone at the hotel to help us. The hotel staff was not accommodating at all. The room smell of cigarettes, pillow cases were stained and blood on the mattress along with bugs. The fridge was sold and the bathrooms were nasty. When I asked for a refund I was told we don't do refunds. So options are lose your money or sleep in a bug infested nasty sheets mess of a room. I am highly disappointed. My 16 year old son and I had to sleep in my truck that night. I will be contacting the health department.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this place is absolutely appalling. Bugs in the beds, grime on the floor, the water smells like rotten hot dogs, not to mention there was a biker gang partying in the parking lot until 5am. When I kindly asked the front desk to change rooms or for a refund, they refused. I could excuse every other treacherous finding in this hotel if the customer service was at least decent, but unfortunately their attitudes matched the permeating smell of rotting fish and cigarette smoke in the halls. Downright nasty.

-There is no fulltime office personnel and you have to call them form an outside phone to come to the office. -The hotel is located on the freeway service road and you can hear every vehicle traveling down the highway. -Rooms do not include towels and half of my pillows were missing pillow cases. -Carpet and furniture is extremely disgusting and has not been cleaned in years. -The TV is falling off the wall and the remote was missing. Once they brought a handful remotes to see which one worked, it was missing the battery cover and it was taped together. There is also only 5 or 6 channels on the TV. -I chose to leave this hotel after the first night due to unsanitary conditions and they refused to refund any of the remaining 6 nights.
