Best transactional trip and hotel the client has made for the wink wink, dive experience.

The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.. and for the price i definitely can't complain. Flat screen TV's, definitely a bonus compared to the surrounding hotels, and the free Wifi just topped it all off. Will visit here again, every time. Everything is within walking distance, food, shopping, the whole thing.

Roaches. Roaches everywhere. Everything is dirty. the floors, sheets, blanket, pillows(if you would call 2 child sized bags filled with barely any cotton pillows) they had 3 different types of Roaches. Oh and no refund at all policy. Do NOT stay here. waste of money. slept in my car after finding Roaches in the sheets, on the walls, and in the fridge. they also have holes in everything. walls, furniture.

Um...just no. Paid for a room...husband checked it out before we unloaded, came out shaking his head nope, got refunded & left. Just nope.

Was very nice staff only part we didn't like was found roach that we didn't like did tell staff in the am very nicely that we seen it there. Told us we should have called front desk told staff they would have moved us and took care of problem. They had nice breakfast in am which was very nice bacon, eggs, grits, cereal all kinds of stuff. I would stay again since it close to VA hospital.
