Keeping in mind "you get what you pay for," I think this is a fantastic hotel. I stayed here last year for a night passing through town and then stayed again just recently. I was very happy last time, and this time it seemed like the place was made slighlty nicer and cleaner. good tv, comfy bed, and great wifi in room. You can't beat the price. The bathroom was slightly falling apart, but that's why I said you get what you pay for. But no complaints here! I will stay again anytime I'm passing through town. I think they have public coin laundry as well. They did last year and I used it.

I should say from the outset I paid less than $40 for a room here, so I had realistic expectations. But I grade it average for this price, any more and I'd stay elsewhere. Was met with a pretty silent checkin, given my keys. As I approached my room I had to walk through a husband and wife domestic, this doesn't bode well I thought. Actually they must've sorted things out, as part from the odd raised voice I want disturbed||The roomwas quite tired, not the cleanest. Regardless of room rate, no excuse for uncleanliness IMO. On the plus side there was a nice large tv coffee maker, fridge and micro. A lack of free power outlets was inconvenient. Sheets and towels were a bit grubby, does make you question the standards. Plenty of hot water though. Some noise from outside, to be expected though.

Needed a place to rest because I was tired of my drive to Arizona. So i pulled off in deming and looked for the cleanest motel i could find. This place was a little Jem! Super comfortable bed! Clean and modern linens! Great channels on TV. Good coffee maker. ||This place was just what I needed, and at a very good price too. The owners are very kind and generous people- you know how sometimes people just exude kindness, well they have it in Spades. ||Very glad I stayed here, and thought I'd pass it along to you!

Comfortable, Good prices, great size beds and hard floor. Restroom was accommodating. Clean presentation. My cons🙄 : A much needed checkoff on the weekly Cleaning - Bathroom Shower & Windows "mold on the window mold"... need to correct issues in locations. //A2B//
