Alyssa's Motel

We loved our 3-day stay. The owner went out of his way ro make sure our stay was pleasant as possible. The room had many personal touches and was extremely clean and well kept. We especially loved being able to sit outside drinking our morning coffee with a view of the lake!

I was attending a reunion in August, and found this nearby motel, recommended by the reunion organizers. Alyssa's turned out to be a place I will return with family! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, owner very helpful and made the stay stress free. The beds were very comfortable, room was homey, quiet at night. The location is beautiful, right off 302 with beautiful views not only of Thomas pond but walking distance to Sebago Lake.

Excellent location and very nice rooms. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Not very far from Sebago Lake. Lots of things to do and see and all close by. Located right on a nice little pond. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms.

We recently attended a wedding in the Sebago Lake area.  The bride and groom had recommended the local Microtel Inn & Suites or the Point Sebago Resort, but we decided to look around to see what else might be available.   We looked at Alyssa's Motel and decided that it looked reasonable and had good reviews.  So happy we chose Alyssa's Motel.||There were 5 in our party so we booked the King Suite and the Raspberry Room.  The King Suite included two adjoining rooms with a small kitchenette and separate bathrooms.   The rooms were very clean with good quality linens  and included a 5 cup coffee pot, NE Coffee and real coffee cups (not those paper things!).   Allan, the owner who lives on site, also left us bottled water in the frig.   He let us know to call or ring his bell if we needed anyt

Such a perfect couple of days! Partner and I stayed one night, so we could hang out with my extended family at the state park campground nearby. We stayed in room 7, the 'ambassador room'. Booked our room 3 days beforehand and was SHOCKED this place even had availability, especially after the great experience we had! Whole building looks new and so did our room. Excellent comfy bed and quiet spot in general. If you're here longer than we were, they even have a lawn on the pond to go bring your room's deck chairs down to and relax, maybe take the canoe out too. A+++ will probably be back next year!
