It's a nice place but the road is horrible !!! It needs graded very bad!!

I hope you like paying car repair/ maintenance bills..t Triple bbb ranch road is severely washboard ridden and unforgiving on your cars suspension and steering. They fix it once in a while, but 2 days later... it goes back to its form. The water tastes funky, but other than that, it is a fair place to live, and we keep to ourselves.

This place needs some work, but does not need much. I visited a friend here a few weeks ago and was satisfied with the neatness of everything, but us not to happy about the service. The people just treated us as normal people versus their customers.

This is my home. It's a safe little village where the residents look after one another.

Love it here! This place is so beautiful and SOO many beautiful wildlife encounters have transpired here that it makes leaving here very difficult to do.
