Aloft Omaha West

I stay at the Aloft Omaha West often for work. The staff are incredible and the hotel in general is always in immaculate condition. The GM of the hotel, Joe Hart, is about as good of a GM that you will find in the hotel industry. He is always focused on customers, and regardless of your Marriot status, he genuinely cares about your stay and making sure that it is one you enjoy, and a place that you look forward to coming back to. I've stayed in multiple Marriot hotels in the Omaha area, and the Aloft Omaha West is the only hotel I stay at now, because you won't find better. I appreciate Joe and his team, and look forward to my stay each and every time. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone reading this.

I want to recognize the exceptional service I received during an incredibly stressful situation. I flew into OMA in December. My luggage was lost during my connection flight. With snow on the ground and all my winter clothes missing, I arrived at the hotel without even a coat—not to mention no toiletries, clean clothes, or grooming essentials, and I was starting a new job the very next morning.|The evening shift attendant (initials B.E.) who helped me around 8 PM was absolutely wonderful. He was so supportive and understanding during what was already a distraught moment. He provided me with more toiletries than I expected and truly went above and beyond to help me through this stressful situation with positive reinforcements. I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Omaha West! They upgraded me to a huge room that felt more like an apartment than a hotel. It had a full living room, a kitchen area, and even a foosball table, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. If only I had others to share it with! The space was clean, modern, and super comfortable, but there were some issues - none of the shower bottles were attached to the wall and instead left on the floor of the shower, the vinyl floor in the bathroom had gaps in the install, the towel bar was loose and moved when I hung my towels, the grout of the shower was dirty and didn’t do a great job keeping water in, and the ac unit was quite noisy. HOTEL!!!!! Is A+++++++++ we came in Beth smiled once she saw us approaching the door she already had a smile on her face. She was very professional and patient. Then we met the GM Joseph he was very professional and honest this guy rite here made my day even more better. As far as his professionalism, strength courage I spoke with Joseph about life he’s awesome he’s like a walking angel. He’s great at what he does let me say this also we walked in to the hotel it’s so clean nothing is out of place.
