Customer Reviews
First off, we love the Aloft! We stay here often and it's always a great experience! The dog friendliness is most important, followed by location and cleanliness (both of which are perfect!). A couple years ago there was a huge blunder with central reservations (call center, not local). It was resolved eventually but Chad the GM had a lil treat bag and note in the room apologizing for any trouble. HOWEVER!! This last stay was even more super duper!! Ash, the AGM, surprised us with something so thoughtful and unexpected! We mentioned it like 20 times throughout the weekend! Seriously delighted!! Truly above and beyond! 🥓
I see that this hotel because it was close to the US state Stadium for the Vikings game parking is close to the hotel, it’s pricey, but it’s pricey. I was not able to check in before the game, but they allowed me to leave my bags at the front desk. The hotel lobby was lively, and the staff was Friend. The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was great after a cold walk doesn’t see them. The gym is large and clean, but the music was blasting, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it down, coming out of the speakers. I was sitting here again, it was very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s in a good location.
This is a casual place. Interestingly different decor. Surprisingly good breakfast. Absolutely amazing staff!!|Genuinely friendly and welcoming. Fromthe frontndesk to the bartending great everyday people! Would I come back again? You bet.
Positive: Pleasant place, quirky but attractive decor. Very happy with location, next to the river, public transport, farmer's market. Negative: Light switches in room kept puzzling us, with each switch turning on or off unexpected sets of lights. But overall we really liked the room, including its view of what turned out to be a popular dog park.
We chose this hotel for its proximity to US Bank Stadium. We wanted the convenience of walking to the stadium as well as walking around downtown. Signage for checking in was confusing and hard to see. The front desk staff was very matter-of-fact, not friendly. We specifically asked about parking and were basically blown off. Turned out the little bit of information they did give us was incorrect, which caused us to be charged $45 for parking. I found several spots on their website with specific parking prices which turned out to be incorrect. The room was small and noisy. We could hear everything from the hallway. The tv was locked down so we couldn't plug in our own device, even though it had an option for it. The bedframe was too smooth, causing the mattress to slide off the edge very ea
