Positive: Location Negative: I had the sign on my door to "come back later" the house keeper knocked on my door at 8:32am! I shot out of bed and went to the door and she was already half way down the hallway. So she woke me up, ignored the sign and took off. I was highly upset.

Ricardo was phenomenal! In addition to his amazing customer service at the bar top, he was a great bartender who knew his spirits and knew how to mix. As far as the hotel goes, it’s clean, easy to navigate and straightforward. I’d 100% stay here on another business trip and appreciate the hospitality and kindness from the staff 💯

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The level of service was impressive, with staff who were genuinely attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with great amenities that made my stay easy and comfortable. I appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest peacefully after long days. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a comfortable lobby area. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared each morning. Overall, the hotel provided a high level of comfort and professionalism, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Trendy modern hotel with eclectic vibe. Rooms are simple and clean with a basic easy to maintain layout. Pet friendly which my family appreciates. Breakfast area is small offering limited selections but has vegan options. Their voucher system for getting Breakfast is a little confusing. You look at the menu in the nook, then walk back to the receptionist and place your order. At that time you need to order all your Breakfast choices to redeem your voucher. I can't go at 7am as I'm the early person and wait for others in my family at 815am. I either order for both my vouchers or wait til others in my group are ready. This is less preferable to other hotels which allow us all to eat when we want.

We checked in late at night after a long drive, and the front desk handled the process without delay. The room was prepared properly and everything from linens to bathroom supplies was in place. I requested an early morning wake-up call and it was right on time. Reliable service overall.
