The perfect place for me to live. Nice room with a stove, refrigerator and pots and pans with some dishes and cups. I work close and could walk to work. The price is okay.
Adrian Kitchenettes is filthy. Has a terrible spider infestation and bedbugs. Broken furniture. Had to call health department because of the terrible conditions
The place is always clean. Nice and quiet. Everyone there keeps to themselves and are friendly.
Save your money and go some where else. Unless you want to get bite up
