Rooms fit the need - cooled off just fine - close to lake - burgers were amazing and delicious! Fries too! Will be back for sure. Rooms quiet and dark for good sleep. Helpful staff and friendly - thank you to Meghan S for pointing us in this direction! 😁

The room that we booked didn't appear to be cleaned or updated in quite some time. The floor was littered with dead moths and cockleburs. I asked the front desk to please have someone vacuum and it still didn't remedy the problem. The microwave was filthy, bathroom was filthy. The stovetop didn't work. We attempted to turn on the heat and the heating unit started to smoke which ignited the smoke alarms. The water had such a strong unpleasant odor, which obviously can't be healthy to use, so we were thankful to have plenty of bottled water and wipes to use in the interim. We ended up leaving a day early due to the negative experience. Can't believe we spent $180/night, it was a complete rip off to charge someone for that type of horrible experience.

We spent 2 nights- 9 adults and 3 kids and 2 dogs. We had a standard and deluxe rooms and camping on the beach. Beach was awesome. Spend all the time there except to sleep. Rooms have been used but were affordable and everything works. It’s by the beach so sand is expected. Armando was awesome - made our omelet breakfasts to order. Comes with bacon sausage potatoes and toast. Was perfect to start the day. The staff was so very kind and hospitable. I love this place. Can swim, fish, eat and sleep all within steps of each other. Recommend.

Worn out, outdated, run down and over priced. The location is good and restaurant is good but a tad pricey. Our tv didn't work, bedroom window was taped over due to a crack, bathtub creaky as if floor was going to break and moldy, mold in ceiling of living room and ant infested kitchen. Doesn't seem like any money has been spent on upkeep. It's a $100 a night place but that's not what they charge.

Didn't stay at the resort, but ate at the restaurant. It was amazing! Huge portions and fair prices are just the start. The quality and taste are high end, and the staff is great.
