AC Hotel Las Vegas Symphony Park

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and bar everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I’d especially like to thank the staff for their honesty and kindness in returning a pair of earrings my daughter accidentally left in the room. That level of care and integrity truly stood out and meant a lot to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for a youth hockey tournament and were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel is very clean with contemporary decor. The room, though a little small, was beautiful and comfortable. Staff was exceedingly helpful and even helped us book a conference room for a team dinner. The location was convenient to most Las Vegas attractions, but far enough off of the strip to be a little quieter. We'd definitely stay again.

After my reservation at another hotel was botched, I looked in the Bonvoy app for an alternative. It was late and, after traveling all day, I wanted the "easy button." The AC Hotel is outstanding and, as is usually the case, it's the staff that stand out. Latoria at the front desk is friendly, efficient, professional, and made this experience truly painless after the nightmare of the other place losing my reservation. BTW, Ash in the bar is awesome. She is a great bartender and knows how to pour a drink. Kudos to the management for hiring these ladies and all the staff I encountered who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.

I stayed at this hotel for a work event and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, specifically Jeannie, Joana, Lydia, and Susie. I also want to give a special shoutout to Tomas for being incredibly welcoming and going above and beyond to make sure my coworkers and I had an amazing experience. Whatever you are paying him definitely isn’t enough considering his exceptional hospitality skills. The food was amazing as well and the rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job.

Two night stay in Element. The interior design is really quite nice. It was quiet, peaceful, and had plenty of natural light. Every staff I encountered was beaming and helpful. Quite exciting to stay in a very new building with over 400 hotel rooms. My only minor issue was with the loud music playing everywhere, often an annoying pop techno fast thing. Hard to escape it day or night, even playing in the elevator. My room was just fine. Especially appreciated the small kitchen. View was very drab (see pic). I did self-parking in the gargantuan City-run garage next door. $3 an hour, or $15 for 24 hours. Each time you leave you need to pay. No street parking around there, so you're stuck. Element provided breakfast at 6:30 am incl a custom omelet. Decent urn coffee. At 5PM they serve comp win
